It does check a lot of boxes, but there are things like tungsten that can fake the weight and magnetic properties of gold, so the sigma is the very best. We just can't carry one of those around easily. lol Thanks, my friend.

Nice gold krugerrand! That was really cool showing how to test to see if it is real. I’ve always wondered how to test gold. Silver seems to be easy because I can use the ping test lol.
Great minds think alike,I was just checking out gold krugs.But man , buddy,prices are high.Alot of gold fakes are made wtth tungsten, which has pretty much the same density and is paramagnetic in nature with weak magnetic fields.But someone who is intelligent as you, would know how to detect that.Take care my friend
