If someone asked me if I was a racist, I'd say "no". If someone asked me if I was a rapist, I'd say "no". If someone asked me if I was a murderer, I'd say "no". And if someone asked me any of those questions in a context that didn't seem relevant, I might be confused as to their motivation for asking the question, but I'd still have not the slightest reservation in answering it regardless. Why? Because they're extremely easy answers to give, I'm extremely secure in what the answers are, and I have no reason whatsoever to withhold those answers. So when someone refuses to answer such a question, the only reason they can realistically have is because they fear the negative social repercussions of what their answer would be. With that in mind, there are absolutely no negative social repercussions whatsoever to admitting that you're _not_ a racist, a rapist, or a murderer; ergo, since only an answer in the affirmative to those questions should be of concern, if a person refuses to emphatically answer "no", then really, their answer is a resounding "yes".
What if their answer is that they're not consciously racist but may harbor racial biases in their subconscious that they're unaware of due to it being their subconscious?
It might come as a surprise to you that some people don't feel socially pressured to virtue signal their non-racist bona fides in the same way that you do. That's a cultural, largely Western social dynamic. Other people and communities and cultures aren't quite as obsessed with race as Americans. It's perfectly okay to think that "Nazism" is an exaggerated threat, particularly in America, much like "terrorism" or "Islam" or drugs. It's okay for people to disagree with you about what's important and what we should be concerned about.

To be honest Vaush does get more speaking time than his opponents, and he does interrupt a lot. That being said, one has to interrupt constantly when your opponents constantly mischaracterize you, so I don't fault him for it.
