From what I know, the estate is a joint venture between the Zambian government ZAF or Zambia Air Force & the Chinese. In other words, it’s under the Private Public Partnership according to what ZNBC had previously reported.
Kingsland City is nice but the problem is it is over priced from what I’ve seen. If one wants to invest there it’s really not financially smart. Loved the vlog👌🏾
I disagree with that , It is financially smart if you have the money , you have to see that basically its a prime area, speak of the people who live there , we need to stop this i cant afford mindset. You can only get what you think & believe you are worth having.
I like Kingsland but I still don’t understand why they’ve stopped making footpaths or walkways. Don’t they see the benefits of residents walking for health? Like aircon in cars, footpaths are supposed to be mandatory in suburbs everywhere in this day & age.
