nightstalker has an ability that when he casts void on you it removes the hero from vision both on the minimap and in game, you cannot save the hero under this affect
@@brandonhurley8983 that's the point, it lets you start the game with 1 point in passive and boosts your other abilities, but I think the void facet is better because you can't interact with it

I am nowhere near your level at Dota 2, but I think that Abaddon as a support has gained insane buffs. Shield with 80% damage reflect for instance is insane. I was shocked to see he only had 50-ish percent winrate in this patch. His sustain in lane and fights is incredible.
This patch is so big, it may as well be a new game. I'm excited, but kind frustrated that all the metas i'm used to are gonna be trashed. Me: I got decent at the game! :D Dota2: As a reward, you're a beginner again! Me: D:
This happens every so often and I personally love it. It is a bit sad to see certain builds and playstyles become lost to time, but new ones take their place and it really encourages experimentation.
Necro feels pretty good with aoe bonus. Kill some golems and walk into a teamfight with screen sized death pulses, ghost shroud, heartstopper, and maybe radiance. Get a kill or two and no one is escaping. He also flash farms like crazy with being able to just run through the jungle spamming death pulses without even stopping to attack. I had like luna tier farm. Synthed aghs for heart when no one else in the game even made it to 6 slotted.
the lycan no wolves is kinda crazy +damage and makes the hero finally playable (wolves aren't walking in front of you cancelling your autos and or stopping/blocking your hero) actually a big fan of it, you get some nasty crits in ult
I think you have misunderstanding, status resistant is still on SnY. The part it got removed is only from sange. So kaya and sange no longer give status resist
@@DUKEHadToDoItToEm certainly takes some tinkering. Honestly it was probably me doing a test run after I ran it against hard bots. I'm certain there's a way to run basher and or echo saber as a support, but definitely can't carry if she can't man up to other players.
Since they already ported dota to source 2 I hope they do some gfx overhaul like counter strike. They already improved lighting and particle effects so hopefully they upgrade the textures and models as well.
why is it that whenever I take a little break frrom dota I come back to huge changes..last time it was the patch where they expanded the map, moved rune spots, roshan etc and now this. how is a herald like me supposed to catch up 😆😆🤣🤣
yeah one facet is completely useless and his aghs IS DOODOO BUTTER WTF, ult hitting twice isnt even good since they usually still survive if they have 1 dispel or heal
I dont understand the jug being op?, literally his second facet is bugged, if you attack you also lose the stacks (its supposed to lose only if you receive dmg), and first facet didnt feel it being overly op. So mind telling me about it
do devs not know that there's an ongoing tournament when they released this? with this update, all i can think of is the unlimited potential of dota memes in youtube shorts. xD i'd rather have these facets be chosen in game rather than before match
Methidical PA absolutely trash DONT try it, u need 12 attacks to get 2 crits….. so y never crit on heroes… and y don’t ever crit creeps as well in mid-late
The molst broken is legion, you littery can not lain agains her as a carry, lvl 3 especially if she has agressive pos 4 and you need to go jungle... so stupid

More skills, more things flashing and poping in your screen. Let's make even more complicated what is already so f complicated. I gave up a few patches ago when i saw an item called harpoon. Dota is a stupid idiot game right now. Dota was the best game until 7.00 after that its a rollercoaster. Fuck icefrog.
why would you even think that? what about this patch makes you think that? Because league heroes have passives? Is that it? Have you every looked at them? Dotas new passives would NEVER appear in league, they would be way to broken. This patch is complete dota and not at all league.
@@Moulwurf I don't want to flame Erdtier because I love Dota and have a softer spot for League than most but this is a very league patch, mana bars, passives, minor upgrades to AA/Shadow Demon right click, even the facets are like a very simplified rune system. It's sounds like an easy soundbyte to annoy MOBA players but this is definitely a little more league than your average dota patch
@@macariuswrench I'm a league and dota player for 12 years, I would agree and disagree. Leagues gameplay rotation is much more linear and forced on timers regarding objectives, plates, herald, dragon, etc. The entire way you play the game is extremely different, laning might be the closest The passive are no doubt league feeling but they way they are implemented is not. The fundamental differences in items, what they do, and how to use them VS leagues stat stick / passive approach will always make them world's apart. This is only my opinion, respect to all players and both games! Up Moba's! 🙌
Nyx kept the 25% damage on mind flare, overall it's about the same vs int and universal heroes and slightly worse on others, but your mana burn is a lot better in return, especially against stealth heroes until people actually read his new passive
Silencer is total trash now as a support. Naga support is really good imo but at my rank if i pick naga support pos 4 or 3 would troll pick something like drow. And they would blame you for not playing like a core telling you useless not remembering all the times ive saved them or set up kills or just provide vision with illusion.
@@DreamOnDamu New innate passive that gives stacking 2% amplified damage debuff per hit. It makes his right clicks slightly more useful in team fights, and maybe even laning.

I was hoping Valve was adding in a whole suite of customizable attributes and stuff like League of Legends has, but some of these hero aspects are so impactful I'm not very disappointed.
I prefer fewer, big choices. It's easier to see how it affects gameplay and also how to play around it as an opponent. In League you basically just pick "the best ones" per champ.
Facets are what talents shouldve been and talents shouldve never been added to the game imo Also i hope in the future every hero is updated to the point where they all have 3, 4, 5+ facets and at least one of the facets will allow every hero to be viable as either carry or support regardless of what the hero notmally is. I.e CM 4 support facets 1 carry facet PA 4 carry facets 1 support facet
instead of trying to fix the meta issues, icefrog just adds a ton of new stuff while praying it somehow evens the meta, kinda crazy if you think about it
