I want to thank you for another video you did suggesting using eye drops throughout the day even when we weren’t experiencing dryness - in other words, before dryness begins. Very quickly I experienced less dryness in the evenings as well as while I slept and even at other times when I wasn’t able to use drops proactively. I use preservative-free Thealoz Duo. I hope you are a proponent.
Hey, I have a ? I had a treatment once here at the eye drs. He had this small heated eye covers that were like a small set of glasses .. He warmed them up and put them on my eyes for 20 minutes and literally I didn't have any symptoms of blepheritis or dry eye for a week.. He said they were very expensive about 400.00 a pair.. But they worked great. Do you know of anything like this that is affordable for us?
My top thoughts would be either lipiflow or Tearcare that both have "applicators"... tearcare has cover strips applied to the eyelids. A more advanced heated cover is called Blephasteam... it's possible it could be that?
My eyes aren’t excessively dry, my eyes run at the first sight of the sun or wind. Some days they run all day long. I might try the pillow you recommend. Ty
Yes, way easier to sleep with. I actually shot some footage of it.... at least I thought I did, but must have not pressed record. 😔 They would still get moved around... but not near as much as the tranquileyes. Also some nights I like to do the Tranquileyes for a warm compress... and will fall asleep with them on.
Have you tried sticking your eyelids shut with a couple pieces of micropore tape? It works quite well and the tape won't hurt the skin, it's meant for skin
