I’ve been seeing this everywhere. Titans had a 7% clear rate. It was 7% bc still hunt celestial hunter was just fantastic for this scenario and in general is a great pick. It wasn’t the day 1 raid walk. It was a race. People are going to use the absolute top .01% optimal strategies. So every team swapped to like 5 hunters and 1 warlock all using celestial still hunt. For the rest of the entire raid classes were more evenly spread and for basically every add clear encounter titans are actually the better pick bc of their significantly stronger survivability on top of insane add clear with hammer and banner of war. For a boss that’s far away it’s just reality that Titan DPS won’t be the most optimal. It’s like asking for 5 titans on oryx or something, their DPS supers can’t even hit him so what’s the point with that combo?

@@Mantrahiroshimafor once? lol titans are still op and more so than strand now with prismatic. Difference is hunters are a better pick as 90% of bosses are at range and titans are only op if you can be in there face! Nothing will out dps navigator + strand melee for dps. Including nighthawk with still hunt.

​@geckoassasin9130 of course these strict ass players who can't play the game without two phasing a boss with some broken ass build that only works if your a certain class , after note I would like to say that I'm not talking about simple bosses that have like no health such as warpriest I'm talking about bosses that have tons of health I can easily 1 phase warpriest it's the easiest raid in the game but there's a lot of bosses that aren't low health but people want you to 1 or 2 phase it but most decent builds since the warlock nerf are not enough for most raid groups and another thing to take into consideration is that I also play on Xbox so it's harder to make rotation damage builds were you switch out guns from your inventory and it's harder cause it takes like 10 seconds for your inventory to even load so I'm not "bad" I'm just not able to use as many builds as pc can especially since they nerfed warlock to be practically useless for any raid group

Bout time we got a break... got tired of well.. then again though.. our other supers ain't worth much for boss fights either... Arc nope, Void eh bomb's alright, Solar eh new one's alright I forget it's name, Stasis... HA no, Strand is meh... basically all our supers kinda blow for anything but add clear or idk champion nuking... the add clear is strong though so there's that... I feel like well should have a lower cool down bracket for being nerfed so bad... Honestly good to see banner shield viable again though... my group hasn't used it since Ogre in Last wish back when it was actually relevant and challenging...

I think the light difference would just instant kill you. This is non contest mode i could be wrong though and maybe it still worked on day 1 raid. I just don't think anyone was thinking of it going in because everyone was thinking of 800 million other things at the same time 😂

The bubble in the back might work too if it survives the attack, not to mention it provides weapons of light but Ursa can spawn lots of orbs

Yes and no. It’s a boss in the campaign, raid, and final mission. I’d also like to say that if you’re playing an MMO RPG and don’t want to play with others you might be playing the wrong genre game. Try out in game lfg. It’s a really easy way to get into multiplayer pve activities.

You don’t actually defeat him in the raid, rather there is an activity that was unlocked after some people beat the raid called excision, where after the raid, the witness is weakened, and everyone makes a last stand, I won’t say anything else about the mission because I think that personally, it’s the best ending to the game that I have ever seen

Yes and no. It’s the raid boss, but it leads into the final campaign mission where you actually kill him. Also just use lfg. I’ve been using it for years and it’s fine

Only for this encounter. I saw someone mentioned this strategy three days ago and I did it too. It's surprisingly effective. If this had been known day one the race would have been much faster but no one tried.

@@juanjodpr Ah, it does make sense as the fun factor of being the team shield and getting your super back is fun along with the higher damage boost(if they haven’t changed that), but you do lose a person damage

I said that I hated him as a boss and got attacked on reddit. Campaign witness was better. He looks stupid and is stationary, LAME BOSS IMO.
