We start our journey south from the fjords of Norway, heading through the city of Haugesund on the way. Fjordic sailing keeps you on your toes with continual wind shifts, and we constantly trim sails to keep Maalie moving past steep mountains and big ships.

Thanks for showing a snapshot of the beautiful Norweign cruising area. I'm hoping to find a Rival 34/36 that has been well loved. Your videos give me reassurance that I've made the choice. Nice work with the videos, they are great. I'm eagerly waiting for more. Fair winds.

What a nice couple you are! Btw,,,, what you call cruise ships we call ferries 😉. It was so lovely to see the drone shots from Ona, a place we visited by boat several times when we lived in that area. Next time you should sail further north as it is even more spectacular scenery. Keep those videos coming!

Ona was spectacular, such a magic wee place. The people we met on Ona and Bjornsund were so kind and hospitable too, welcoming us into their homes for food and drink. We will certainly be back, and will cross the Arctic circle! Thanks for the kind comment, and for tuning in 😎

Aha yes! Well spotted. We had a chat before we arrived but Erik was not around that day. We met him in Shetland though, during one of his attempts to Greenland 🌍

Je regarde vos vidéo à rebours ! Et je découvre à l'instant que votre spi est encore plus vieux et moche que le mien, que je croyais pourtant imbattable, par ses couleurs criardes et sa forme de sac 🤣 Je reédite : c'est mieux que ça ! C'est le même fabricant et le même modèle exactement que le mien. Sauf les couleurs qui changent !

C'est vrai que les couleurs sont tape a l'oeil!! C'est aussi un Arun? Sur le point de vue technique, nous en somme plutot content. Il nous donne un tres bon angle d'attaque de 60 a 130degree de vent apparent, mais avec un bout dehors ce serait encore mieux 😁
