Held in almost every town and province across the country, fiestas celebrate patron saints, ethnic traditions and important milestones for the local people.

If your drone is still encased in a plastic bag it is not going to dry out as well as being outside in the sun. You can place a towel over the drone to keep the harmful rays off of it but it needs to be in the open air and getting warmed up to finish drying it out.

Brian, ive noticed the quality of the last 3 videos hasnt been very good, any reason why? usually they are clear, but lately they are kind of unfocused.

I am not sure where all the money came from to buy uniforms and all the other things needed to put on that parade and festival, but can't help but think if that money was spent on improving the infrastructure, or building a medical center, I think the people would be having a better life.

If I were to guess I would say the uniforms are made and passed down from year to year.

@@PhillyinthePhilippines the fund came from local municipality, politician, sponsored from well off private individuals and catholic church, the uniforms are not passed downed, all is new evry year, fiesta is once a year event, months before they already preparing for it

I know where I live in philippines.. The? Band is actually from town.. Not the school . Yes they own all their own uniforms. As well as your instruments. It may be different where you live in the Philippines,

Killjoy. Those band uniforms doesn't cost much as in the US. Most of them are sponsored by private individuals and some politicians. As for the other uniforms many of them are regular school PE uniforms. And the other uniforms are regular government. uniforms. Infrastructures cost millions of pesos. The Philippines isn't poor as you think.

@BruceCinader, just enjoy the video and take it for what it's worth. Golden rule: If you don't have nice thing to say then just don't say it. Local communities always looking forward to this event every year so just let them enjoy it especially if you are not contributing to their local taxes.
