I bought a lot a couple years ago and I remember them being around $15. plus shipping. Im telling you, done right they go a long way because alot of the liquid dosnt get soaked up and it stays in the container. A little goes a long way.
Do the senkos get bloated at all if you leave them in the liquid for longer periods of time? Never been much of a scent guy outside of spraying copious amounts of garlic on things from time to time haha

The point of sent is to mask the scent of human oils. A majority of fish don't have any other way to feel or touch other than to bite. Do some scent do better than others. Of course. Your true testament to "out fishing" someone is your ability to win tournaments. Senkos are effective, and being confident in it is great. But it's not sole reason to catch more fish than anyone else.
There is never one reason that you may perform better then others, it is a combination of things. Scent in my opinion (and a lot of fisherman) is way underrated. When bass are pressured by tons of lures being thrown at them everyday you need as many positive cues to get them to react favorably and hold on to your bait long enough to set the hook. If you have ever seen underwater footage of a bass, they can suck in and blow out your bait just as fast and you will never get a hook in them. I'm not just saying this, when I use this scent the fish do not let go. Do what you want with that. Thanks!
Thanks! learn something new everyday. I sorta figured it was a shrimp scent because of the picture and a lot of Japanese soft plastics use a shrimp scent, but I didn't know for sure. Its made for bass so I started fishing with it. Thanks for the comment!
belive it or not i dont pour that much. i kind of cover the bottom and shake it up. it lasts for a while. when you use up the worms there will be juice left, so just put in some more plastics and shake again. Good luck!
No I haven't but I'm sure it will work. I usually focus on just the senko because of the amount of space it takes for five or six boxes. That being said if Im catching them on a finesse worm at a particular place I will thro them in there next to the senkos. This can be used with any soft bait.
Google it. It will be in a Japanese tackle store or ebay. There are some people in the U.S. that will have Japanese product. I have not bought it in a few years because it really lasts long. Once you mix it for the first time you can fill up the box at least five times without having to mix it again.
Have you ever been shark fishing or been fishing for stripers when they are destroying bunker schools? There is bunker oil everywhere. Those fish are very oily. I know you are repeating something you heard somewhere but a lot of baitfish are oily. Iv used bait fuel, you have to use what you are confident in. Tight lines!
The best scent I ever found and used was ultra bite by mustag lure company years ago. They quit making it, but it was actually not just a scent, but it would make the fish bite. It had been formulated for commercial fish ponds to make fish bite or eat more and grow faster from eating more. It would beat anything on the market today 20x. I bought the last bottles you could get here in the USA. You could toss a lure in with it on it and a within 10 feet would come bite it in a few minutes without you ever moving it. Something about a pattern law so they quit making it and you can't get it anymore. I make my own now. But some people like to use anise or vanilla, but there's still nothing that compares to Ultrabite... I've tried hundreds over the past 40+ years of tournament bass fishing... It has been the reason for several tournament wins.
I still got ultra bite liquid in the bottle. I also got it in a spray can and also in a tube. Your also correct i have not seen it around here in Australia for years.
@@Ijustwanttofish2024 well yes it is mate. I am really careful with the spray but what i like about the spray is the way it disperses in the water. It kinda flecks itself into the water. The liquid i bought to mix with burley when i used to bait fish and it would attract lots of fish. I only got half a small bottle of it left. The cream in the tube is still unopened in a sealed clear plastic packet. I have used the tube stuff before on my dropshot minnows. Here in Australia it was marketed in various tubes for various fish species. The one i have unopened is for barramundi but the one i used before was marketed for bream in saltwater but i used it on Australian Bass in fresh water. Now it came with the range of Rapala products into the wholesaler in Australia. I often wondered why we couldn't get stocks of it anymore until now. I cannot wait to crack the barramundi tube and see what my results will be. The best scent i have used since then is Anchovy oil that you get in the very large bulk tins for making pizza's. I think I screwed up on my mixture. I didn't have the UV so I used 1 full bottle of the orginal, looks like I used to much powder. It is very pasty. I also put some of the Bitebass liquid in. It has very little odor, really none. Think I can correct the paste mix?
@@rickylunsford6137 so the echo gear does not have a smell. the powder has a bit of a smell and the bitebass smells the most. If you use the same size compartments as me you need very little of the echo gear liquid. I would say 2-3 teaspoons at most. When it comes to the powder just sprinkle on the top so it covers the baits. The bite bass liquid just a good squirt. Try rewatching the video and hopefully you can connect the video with what i am saying. As far as correcting it you would have to water it down with the echo gear and put it aside for later use. Those 3 different scents should last you a while. let me know how you make out.
