Good to know about the kings fridge! They do make some good cost effective products with good warranty on them… we do have the same draw fridge as you…. Same problem with the shelves in our fridge: i just put some strong tape to hold them…
Interesting vid mate! They are a bargain compared to the bushman - all of the same innards and a few improvements over the bushman with the digital display. Ive had mine for about a year now and its a game changer coming from a chest fridge. Ive noticed the power consumption is way more than the old engel and have come across a pc fan mod to circlate air through the fridge so have ordered one and will give that a go and see if it helps. I had the same issue with the door catching on an edge and its due to having weight in the door and had just addeds some spacers under the feet to raise it up a fraction which worked well. I have also modded the mounts because I didnt trust the little L brackets that were supplied so I got some much beefier L brackets from bunnings (shelf brackets and cut them down to size and have put rivnuts into the sides of the fridge and that has worked really well
Some great ideas there mate, thanks for the tips! Yes agreed the supplied l brackets don't look that sturdy, mine are still going but I think if anything ever happens I'll be copying your idea. I love the fridge magnet for the front mate we=ll done - Ive just order a blacksmith fridge organiser which sticks on the front to keep bits n pieces in but if I wasnt going that way I would definitely order one to pimp up the look
Thanks mate!! We're happy at how they have turned out. We get a few comments when we're out and about! The fridge organisers do look very handy though, Ando has got one on his fridge and it really does hold a lot of stuff that's hard to find an home for otherwise.

Have one. Bought it for the same reasons as you. Unfortunately, they don’t honour the warranty and will try everything in their power to make it difficult. Hope you have better luck than me mate 👍 have a good one

hey mate great review! I just purchased one tonight and looking forward to getting it this week! I am a photographer and would like to have one of my photos printed out as a sticker to put on the fridge. If I may ask, where did you get yours made and did you cut it to size yourself, specially to fit on the latch? thanks !!
Thanks for the comments, really appreciate it! Good choice with the fridge we are loving our one. With the stickers, I can get one printed for you in our factory. The only issue is, we normally are able to get 3 from one sheet of that makes sense, just to do one will be a bit more expensive. Let me get a quote for you. Thanks Richard
Just a challenge for you.... Fill up to the brim an 85 liters chest fridge and then try to fit everything in that chest fridge into that upright 85 liters.... Tell us how you go.....
Haha, only if when you fill your 85l chest fridge to the brim, we race to see who can get the cheese dip that’s right at the bottom/back of the fridge first, and then put the rest back. Agreed, the upright will hold less, but for us that doesn’t matter. We’ve just come back from 2 weeks on Straddie on the beach, we fitted all the food we needed in the upright. Got the 60l drawer fridge on the other side for drinks and 95l chest fridge as a freezer in the camper trailer. Works great for us, but everyone’s setup is different. For some a chest fridge is way more suitable than an upright. Just choices at the end of the day

@mudmodsbeers Cheers for that, I'm thinking of ordering one for all the same reasons; but I'm concerned about the door fitting my Canopy - the opening is approx 625mm tall; are you able to measure the door height?
Hi mate, just got the measurements on this. So as best as I can measure it the fridge as it sits in my canopy is about 627mm tall. That’s including the binder on top, so total height. I’d say is going to be mighty tight to get it io fit.
@@MudModsBeers Cheers bud, I ordered one last week, hopefully it fits; the canopy has a bit more height (100mm below and above doors) so even putting the fridge in on it's side then standing upright may be an option! Hopefully the fridge door itself is under 625mm tall so it fits through the canopy door when being opened! :) Backup plan is to return and swap for the drawer fridges instead of upright, as the cost of a drop down slide is just too high.
i want to put one in my new ute setup but its a tub/canopy setyup, not an ally canopy withside opening. I'm slightly worried about usage of the (potentilally dead) space behind it (approx a metre deep)
