Is this the end? Exit of Merritt! 

Is it gonna stop one day? The frequent question among survivors (and fellow cyclists). The key? Remember it will pass, a breath/breeze will come, one turn will finally give you some rest.
We do grow in adversity, or at least, in uncomfortable situations.
I feel stronger than ever now that I biked 1500m up and 1700m down in 6 hours, from Merritt to Peachland.
