There really isn't even a need for Horologium to save Lucy, since she's fully inside Mercphobia's mouth and not being bitten by his teeth, so he's just about to swallow her whole. Most likely she's going to just have to find a way to attack him from the inside or force him to throw her up. My guess is going to be another star dress mix since that is her best ability and with the power that she'll force her way out and keep Mercphobia distracted for a while longer while Brandish destroys the lacrima and probably grabs Aquarius's key. I also doubt destroying the lacrima will immediately stop Mercphobia, it may stop all the dragonified people, but I am will to bet they will then have to fight together against Mercphobia to weaken him and then use Aquarius because her water is the stream of memories which could allow the dragon gods to regain control of their minds.
