cole and pat mcafee is a pretty solid mix of good play by play commentary with comedy , but in my humble opinion and for the record i have been watching wrestling since 2005 (i watched tapes from WCW , ECW , watched WWE / tapes from WWF , watched NJPW , watched TNA , and watched AEW) no commentary team made me laugh as much as Excalibur and taz on dynamite they are so active and they are clearly having fun with their work , especially taz when he goes out of context for no reason into something so weird that it gets the entire commentary team cracking up in laughter , taz is so underrated on commentary the guy is legend , the only channel that showcases how much taz is a hidden treasure its botchamania there is a entire segment on every episode just for out of context taz moments

Cole and McAfee are so overrated. McAfee did what he could to make sure the attention was on him every week. He had energy, but that's it. He lacked depth, and never truly analyzed matches (even though he wrestled before). Cole and Tazz is such a better team. Tazz was funny and witty, but didn't make it about him. He gave good color analysis while also being entertaining.
