Thanks for the video. The show is nice for anyone who hasn't seen the parade. For me, it was like reliving memories of it without the excitement of the floats going by and interacting with the characters. I hope drone shows don't replace the fireworks. They don['t have the same energy.
So cool! Brings back so many WONDERFUL memories! They should do this at WDW at AK. That would be a spectacular way to end the evening. Thanks for sharing!
Oh my gosh! That is so amazing! I don't even understand how that is possible! I wish they would bring that to Anaheim! It even makes me miss the original electrical parade from when I was a kid!
Omg...Anyone else watch this twice?! This parade is so absolutely amazing!🚂!! 🤩 It brings all the amazing sounds and sights of the Original Electrical Light Parade from my childhood.... Into the future!!🎉 When I saw the train, a bunch of childhood memories and memories of taking my now 34 year old son when he was younger, just came flooding back! My son was fortunate enough to experience the OG and actually has a souvenir light bulb from the original parade encased in plexiglass. 🤩 Seeing Pete's Dragon actually made me cry! It was my favorite from the original. Happy, happy tears tho. Thank you guy's! Love and Hugs to all! That was truly amazing 🎉
In the 80's we had Pong. The most technologic game at that time. Now we have almost filmic realistic games. I think in five years, silhouette drone shows, have become ful high defination 3D shows. Imagine: events like super-bowl in full HD 3D on your city square. I'm hopeing for Tinkerbell, who tips with her magic wand the highest peak of the castle, to start all the good things.
WOW! That was so cool and made me tear up! It took me right back to seeing the original parade with my family all those years ago. What an amazing show! Thanks so much for sharing it!
Cont’ this show over the castle wasn’t in the magic kingdom in Florida. It was the main street walking parade down Main Street. I was talking about the music. It’s the same !!!! What a great show that was in Disney years ago. Main electrical parade. Everybody stayed for it. You could not miss it !! This is beautiful tribute to it. Just awesome !!👏
Wow Isn’t this the main street electric parade music ?? I remember it as a kid in magic kingdom Florida. It was the best ever. This show is amazing ….. incredible Thanks for posting. 😊👍
1992? I don’t know when it first appeared, but I remember watching it when I was a little girl and I was born in ‘73. The best, BEST, BESTEST EVER!!! ***edit!! I commented before seeing this show, lol!! This is super cool!!
I watched Disney's Electrical Parade since it started. Never thought anything could replace it. Then came Paint The Night. I felt so sad as I had to admit Paint The Night was better. The Electrical Parade is nostalgic. This was nice to see.
Oh my goodness 🎉 we love all your videos ... but this show makes me want to get on a plane and go to Disneyland Paris. Thank you Chris, Amanda and Miles. 🎉
This by far is the best show Disney has done because it's the best Parade Disney ever had!! I grew up on this parade and when it came back to Disney World I got to take my girls to experience this parade. It have the parade soundtrack album and just recently played it for my best friend to listen to. So many memories came back when I heard this!!! Thank you so much for sharing it ❤❤
That was amazing! Loved it! I miss the Main Street Electrical Parade so much. I was about 10 when I first saw it and just adored it. My ringtone is actually the parade theme. I'm a proud Disneyphile/Disney geek. ❤
The fact they can do this with some daylight still out there blows my mind. There's another + over fireworks, there's a bigger window they can have to use them.
Is it you have to face the castle for understanding the displays in the sky? Looks cool but I think I prefer the actual electrical parade. I like the music they used.
YES! YES! YES! I SURELY AM TOO Chris or Amanda. Chris or Amanda, do they do the parade with drone’s? Am just wondering. Chris and family, Thank you for the lovely, wonderful, fantastic 3 weeks. I can’t thank you enough. This trip you took people on with you has been so wonderful. Thank you again. Susan
I wholeheartedly agree that this is one of the best night-time shows Disney has ever done. I love it covers the whole history of the Main Street Electrical Parade, including Bedknobs and Pete's Dragon.
We were there last Friday... we left early and this was the only thing we wanted to stay for, but 11pm... when we had to Metro back to Paris meant we were already wiped out, so we missed it.
It's a fun tribute, but it's nothing compared to the impact of the original parade. They even managed to mess up the intro a little bit by interpreting the swoop down as a technical drop out. It is awesome to see in person though, just not as awesome as waiting on main street, hearing the spiel and then have it all go completely dark, just to see the first floats coming around the corner. A combination of the parade with drones would be something though.
It's the time of year, DL Paris is running their night shows at around 11pm because the sun sets so late at the moment. They couldn't really push it out any later, or it'd be tomorrow, and an early morning show instead...
@@co-hostamanda3240 oh that's cool then, the best I've seen was a 4th of July show that did fireworks and the drones together. It was amazing, they didn't skimp on either technology either. That would be my worry with Disney, this new modern Disney will say, cool projections and drones and then maybe a few dozen fireworks to save money and we're good.
DL Paris has also done combined drone+fireworks shows to great effect, their Bastille Day show is worth a look (there's clips on RU-vid) - in fact I think they set a European record for most drones in a show, just shy of 1,500 (this nightly show is around 500, I think).
I like the classic one more with floats or paint the night then this drones show. This don't give you the feels like the classic parade from Disneyland and Disney world
The Electrical Light Parade that Walt would be proud of. No virtue signaling and no woke nonsense in Paris, and Tokyo has Splash Mountain! USA Disney may be overpriced and dead but family entertainment is alive and well in of all places - Europe and Asia 😊
