Toss the first aid kits. I'm a certified red Cross instructor of first aid/CPR/aed and I have to tell ya... Nobody has saved a life with a bandaid ... Ever. Get yourself a good trauma kit, hemostatic gauze, bleed stop, vented chest seals, Israeli bandage, tourniquet, splints, penny snips etc etc. any open spaces fill in with compact tampons. Old biker move, great at blood absorption (obviously), can be used to stuff a bullet wound, or be used for their intended purpose for any females. Lastly, get educated on how to use everything properly, it could save your life ✌️❤️
In first aid kits, "mod" stands for modular. For example a "gauze mod" is just a section of the kit that has different types of gauze, making it easier to organize or swap out stuff.
