I've been on the premises but didn't experience anything, but there are rumours there are links to Bargoed, where I read there is a tunnel leading there to an old 15th century farm house called "Fargoed Fawr farm" which became "The Rafa club", there were persistent rumours of this property being haunted by a monk who is said to have been buried there, again, I've been at this property and experienced nothing there at all. Directly opposite is a property that dates back to the 1900s, it was called Gladstone villa, then became Redz Parc hotel now called "Ty Parc". There have been a few reports that this place too is haunted, I have stayed there and experienced something in one of the rooms that frightened me so much that I won't share what happened. Someone also stayed in that room and had a nervous breakdown and died eventually!! All this can be researched if you look up "Rafa club, Bargoed" or "Gladstone villa, Bargoed". I've read that this property convinced a skeptic.!!!
