The CFP201 model that is cheaper doesn't have the frother and the tank doesn't move to the back. You have the CFP301 model FYI

As a barista that worked in a few cafes, it was actually recommended to rinse the filter first, at least for pour overs. So you're doing great 😁

I just got a similar model for only $70 at Costco. It’s a gift to myself for when I deliver my baby. The retail price was $130 but Costco has it $30 off this month (June) and I had a $20 gift card. I got the cheaper model because I already have a hand held basic frother and an electric kettle so there’s no need for the separate hot water reservoir.

Hello, I cannot get the am/pm light to show, therefore I cannot program the coffee maker. I've unplugged the unit, cleaned the top of unit etc. Do you have any suggestions?

do you have the brew basket in? it should be in no matter if you are making a pot or a pod of coffee.
