With Lithium-ion Batteries I have to pass. There are other units out there that are the same size and price class that have Lipo4. That said, I have a Grecell 2000 that has Lipo4 and is a great unit. It's been in use 24/7 for over a year with no issues.

I don't mind lithium-ion at a low price and many are on sale because lifep04 is superior. But lithion-ion Grecell is super light weight, so it is excellent for camping. They can get like 500 cycles until their capacity is reduced to 80% and that is a lot of camping trips. I think the biggest problems that happen with L-Ion and Lifep04 is keeping them stored at 100% for long periods. It's not the cycles that degrade the cells, its the high and low voltages that do.

I've been having issues with it's bigger brother, the T1000. Using a 100W solar panel and the AC output, the unit would periodically shut off. Once this happens, the AC output won't turn back on. See my link: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-pN9HZeOOkfg.html
