Season 2 - Episode 34 - Thanks for being a viewer!
It snowed y'all!!
Pow, frozen crystals, flake, whatever you call it, we got about 6-10 inches over the last day or so. How will my newish Michelin CrossClimate 2s do? Will I be able to make it to my destinations? Did I send it into a pole?

Hell yeah bro!! We are all in this together. Glad that I am a part of the community 🤓 I’m interested to see how they do after 20k miles or so in the snow. I love the tires so far!

Honestly the noise isn’t bad on certain roads. All depends on the asphalt composition. Thanks for your comment!!

⁠So I bought some Turanza quiet tracks and they are crap for efficiency and loud as hell. They also don’t cover the 19in rim. Would you buy the CC2s or OEMs? Also, do the CC2s do a good job of covering the entire rim?

How's the road noise at 25-50MPH? And how about dry weather steering and bumps handling?! I just got these and feel like the OEM Continental tires were better in these criteria

My front windows are double-paned and I don’t think that the road noise is too bad. While they may not be the absolute best in dry conditions I feel comfortable throwing it around corners at speed. The PS4S were more sticky in the summer time but these are more than adequate in my opinion. Thanks for your comment!!

I think the Nokian all weather tires would do a bit better stopping, I have driven them along with the Crossclimate 2, the Nokian Winter tire and the Michelin Winter tire would both be better but on ice a studded tire would be the best but they are not very good in dry or wet conditions

Maybe I’ll get lucky enough to try them in the future. The warranty on these was a big factor in my decision. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment!!
