If anyone knew what Blandford Hospital is then 95% kf the comments would'nt be on here. Its not a major hospital, its a community hospital so overnight stays.

Most of them were bored on empty wards! I saw more people, working in retail - I didn't hide from the virus and neither did a lot of retail workers! The only medics I have respect for are the ones who worked on the Covid wards!
Good to have fun , it’s important in these sad times or we will all go mad with worry. Don’t listen to the negative comments and keep up the good work as we travel on the way to better times.
All the staff in the NHS and at Blandford community hospital thankyou you are awesome. I enjoyed watching you all in this video. Ignore the haters, I just hope when it comes to them needing help they don't expect the red carpet because they do not deserve it To the people complaining, disappear, these staff work bloody hard and are entitled to breaks and a bit of fun during their 12+ hour long shifts. Every time I've been there they have been nothing but helpful, friendly, kind and thoughtful. Go and bully the people that are actually causing problems in the world.
These people should be named and shamed, nurses are the most rude insensitive people i have ever came accross i have seen how nasty they can be to patients. I will never clap for this lot EVER.
I do agree with you I don’t know why people think NHS is saving life’s because it’s their duty to. My daughter was in car accident and she was treated ok in intensive care but after on the ward she was forgotten and a male nurse dropped her tablet on the floor put it in the bin then I saw him pick the tablet out of the bin I confronted him he lied and said he got it from the medical cupboard that the table is in the bin but he never left the ward. I went to the toilet and took the bin go out all the rubbish there was no table long story all of the staff covered up him it was I reported it to the complaint department they even covered it up.
Seema Hussain That’s disgusting, but I can well believe that’s happened, they always cover each other, it’s a little click and if your face don’t fit you’ve had it. I used to volunteer on a cancer ward and one day I went into the kitchen to get a tea bag for a cancer patient because she said her tea was too weak, I used to serve tea and have a chat with the patients. The head person in the kitchen swore at me for coming in and told me to get f....ing out, I got angry back Cos I was there as a volunteer not a verbal punch bag, the nurses on the ward ganged up on me and I was told by a senior I would have to move to another ward, iI refused and left, despite I loved helping the patients to feel more at ease. Also when my mom was ill and had to stay in, I used to witness elderly patients crying out for bed pans etc, the nurses used to ignore them and carry on chatting together at the front desk. There is no way I would clap for them, they are there to do a job, our taxes pay for them.
To be fair patients treat them like shit a lot of the time too. If someone said the things to me that I've heard patients say to nurses, I'd chin them. I spent a lot of time in hospital recently (unrelated to the Wu flu). They saved my life - literally. I have nothing at all bad to say about them.

Thought being on the over worked front line ment something different. Is there any patients in that hospital?. Mocking the whole country.We all need a tax rebate.
And they definitely do not need a 15% pay rise! An absolute disgrace! People died because they (not just these people) were busy making TikTok videos. Why train to be a medic (Dr or Nurse), if you're scared of a virus?
If we don't have vaccine passports we don't know who has been vaccinated,and who has not. These selfish anti vaxers could give any of us Covid; that is tyranny!
During a pandemic, people who are drowning in death should not be allowed to feel joy. These people should wear death and sadness constantly like a suit of armor, heavy and ponderous. Anyone who hates this should go and do their job and see how long they last. The happiness they get from this allows them to bring your loved ones comfort and care.
As a frontline healthcare worker in the NHS, I feel there is a time & a place for levity & it is not on a ward where there are sick, frightened & dying people around you.

So where are all the patients? there is none, hence the time for the staff to be all dancing about like loonies, the real suffering and dying, are alone in their own homes, ordered to stay there.
you have to cut these guys some slack they are on the front line. dealing with sick and people dying every day. they need to let off a bit of steam and what better way than to have a bit of fun. i work in retail. ok it's not the same but it has been stressful so keep up the good work
How horrible...patients are struggling to breathe and are dying right infront of them and the NHS is dancing and breathing their own air that can make the patients worse... Wow you are so courageous... You only dance and celebrate when this is Over
I think that this is a lovely vidoe. Everyone who works in the NHS needs a medal. This pandemic and seeing the amazing work that all the NHS staff are doing as made me want to get into the NHS. Thank you everyone.
There has never been a pandemic. Check NHS website numbers. Just over 3k had died of CV19 only, out of 80k in England. The rest had underlying health conditions. All with a 28 day PCR+ beforehand.
That's why you don't deserve a pay increase! over 110,000 death, more people having to delay their operations all because nurses want to become famous on tiktok! Get back to work and do your duties...
Julie wake up you lemming. Not 1 patient in site and when they are taking our freedom away to stop the NHS being ‘too overwhelmed’ and they are making music videos like this!!!! You should be ashamed of yourself for applauding this behaviour.
Why are so many people down on this? It's just a bit of fun and I'm sure no patients were neglected. You dozy downers need to get out and have some fun and leave these to have their laugh at what has been a rough time for all of us. Good on everyone in this.

I love your video. I laughed all the way through it. You have no idea how much you’ve brightened my morning. Although I’ve never met any of you, I have the impression, from your video, that you offer first rate medical care. A staff that can make fun of themselves and laugh together on RU-vid knows how to treat patients.
Probably not many patients because patients were to scared to go to hospital at that time. Not only that they have to to keep there moral up in the pandemic otherwise there mental health would get worse.
