Off the top of my head I think this fight truly goes one of 3 ways. A.) JJ catches Tommy in the in-between midway through and sleeps him. B.) Tommy finds a rythem early & eats JJ alive with combination punches in the counter, JJ gets emotional and walks onto a big one. C.) Messy fight filled with clinching, ugly boxing, and frustration from both guys. Resulting in Tommy winning a decision off of ring control & cleaner shots.
D) the lights go off and then logan runs in with a steel chair and hits tommy when the ref is looking away. Tommy loses to a standing count and jj wins
Wade is probably the best at hyping up the RU-vid boxing events and holding back just enough of what he really thinks to keep it interesting for people who are more fans of the celebrities, than they are knowledgeable about boxing. The 90 to 10 should be pretty accurate. If Tommy is taking this seriously, than it should be easier than the Jake fight.
Tommy will win. Ksi relies on those jumping shots, where he actually jumps across the ring. They’ve worked against terrible fighters, but Tommy will stick a jab to ksi’s face in the middle of those jumps, probably knock him down and ksi will lose confidence. That’s how I see it going.
LSI is gonna win im telling u. Tommy is being lazy and not training properly. Ksi has the PBA judges in his pocket so if it goes to decision, they will give ksi the win no matter what.
I feel like 80/20 is fair. The only way I think KSI wins is if Tommy doesn’t take it seriously. You could tell how emotional the Jake fight was for him, is he going to bring that same emotion for KSI?
Tommy's reach is a nightmare for any opponent, let alone a smaller man in JJ. 80/20 sounds about right. The self confidence in JJ is prime McGregor esc though so the crazy bastard might just pull it off. Will be a high risk strategy but he has to punch with Tommy.
Tommy will play it very safe, he'll happily outbox Ksi for 6 rounds and probably will only look for the knockout if KSI lets his emotions go and gives him some easy opportunities. He'll probably lean and hug KSI at any opportunity to drain him and prevent any sort of momentum.
I'm not meaning to talk shit but this narrative of KSI getting it done as the underdog is so far overplayed it's ridiculous. The only time he's gone in as the underdog was against Logan, and after the first fight was a draw everyone knew the second fight would be close. You can argue he was the underdog with Joe Weller but that was so long ago and such a different standard it's hard to see how that says anything about KSI as a fighter now. I agree with Wade, he has a puncher's chance but if I'm honest (and this is not what I want to happen), he will be totally outclassed by Tommy and any momentum for a Jake fight will be seriously hindered. And by the way, respect to JJ for even taking the fight.
Tommy is the biggest Kryptonite to KSI than even Jake. KSI hasn't had the competition that Jake had and Tommy has finally figured out his range and what combos are, although I still want to see Tommy vs Viddal more.
Wade, a lot of people picked Crawford to do that to Spence. I didn't think it would be quite as dominant but I said Crawford on points or late stoppage, and not once leading up to the fight did I think that Spence would win.
They shouldn’t be on the same card it only makes sense so KSI can say he sold so many paper views (which will be a lot higher with Logan and Dillon fighting)
I give this fight a 60/40 split in favour of Tommy. The reason I give JJ a decent chance is because of the one punch knockout power he has, in addition to the way he will probably study Tommy's openings because there were a lot of them in the Jake fight, and realistically all he needs is one to land. No one has really tested Tommy's chin. Also if for whatever reason Tommy goes down, Tommy hasn't dealt with being knocked down and weathering the storm. The equalizing factor is that KSI has a lot more holes than he does and on paper, KSI's build and style of fighting is perfect for a tall outside fighter with a long reach who can counter effectively. If KSI tries to storm in with all that momentum and runs into a counter, he might get brutally knocked out. Another issue KSI has is that Tommy will push him back in this fight as well. We don't know how good KSI is with fighting off the back foot. And if he isn't, he can get beaten badly that way as well. But all KSI needs is one and I don't feel he would be this ultra confident if there's a weapon he has that can neutralise or equalise Tommy's abilities.
He literally has one knockout against a guy with a glass chin who had recently been knocked out by another fighter, the other knockout was an elbow, ksi has not shown he has anything
4:09 KSI's statement should have been: "I came to boxing to show the world how crazy I am. After this fight, you'll understand that I truly am that MEME."
im a straight KSI fan but i just don't see him coming out on top. Unless he goes insanely hard in this training camp and learns to keep his hands up And throw some combos then maybe. But JJ always keeps his hands down and has this style of throwin a jab and then jumping away , or coming in throwing a power shot then backing away. But Tommy is just going to counter every single time he tries that. Now ill give some credit to KSI he has some things working for him, he has power anyone that has fought JJ has said he hits hard and he is quick and fast, he also has displayed he has the ability to throw some good body shots and good ability to cut the ring off and keep his opponent cornered, he also has good cardio and is able to even when he is tired to just keep his pace up. I think if KSI stands any chance in this fight he is gonna have.to go in and just trade combos with Tommy, he is gonna have to accept Tommy is gonna land some punches on him but as long as he can give Tommy some good shots back that will throw Tommy off his game and JJ sets up some good power shots that's his only chance of coming out with ths W In my opinion. But i just don't see that happening. We all know Jake is the better and more skilled boxer between the 2 of them and we all saw how Tommy completely outclassed Jake in their fight. I think Tommy will just wait for JJ to move in and counter whatever he does until it throws JJ off his game , then Tommy will start moving forward and bringing the fight directly to KSI and Tommy will win with a TKO. Now like i said I been a KSI fan even before he started this whole boxing journey so i will be rooting for JJ come fight night and i think his pride and refusal to lose could carry him to cause a huge upset, he has the power, speed ,& cardio to get it done. But realistically i see Tommy winning in probably the 4th or 5th roundby TKO
Bouncing around with your hands at your side is eventually gonna look really stupid when he comes up against a good boxer. Tommy isn't the best but this could end up looking really ugly.
Senseis whole thing is he’s been the underdog before so he’s might pull it off this time. If ksi was in with Tyson fury and not Tommy he’d still be the underdog, that doesn’t mean he’s gonna come anywhere close to winning. Tommy is a different animal to the influencers and it’s frankly unfair
11:03 only difference is tommy would eat that shot from jj and carry on like it was nothing i don't know why some people think ksi is this mythical creature who has power he's a 175 pound guy 5'11 , just a bit above average i don't believe this whole power thing that he has jake also was knocking his opponents almost every fight and he lost now, we want to believe that ksi has more power? come on.
Wade says this is a 90 percent to 10 or 95 to 5 in favour of Tommy I think ksi has more chance then that because his last opponents have been so below his level that I don't feel we have seen everything he can do
@@paradoxgamerhd9681dumb asf🤣🤣🤣anyone can make easy work of them even fousey🤣when you fight bozos thats where you stay to get better you have to fight actual opponents
@@paradoxgamerhd9681your logic makes absolutely no sense. KSI has never had a tough opponent up until Tommy Fury. Logan Paul had 0 boxing experience before KSI and he hasn't won a single boxing fight. The lower level of opposition means JJ lacks experience for higher level of competition. You also got to look at the way JJ fights. He has been boxing since 2018 and he has shown us absolutely nothing in terms of improvements from a fundamental and technical standpoint. He still swings wildly, he has absolutely no defense. He doesn't know how to properly jab. JJ still looks like he just started boxing after 5 years. Tommy Fury will piece JJ up like nothing.
@@BrianCheng24all your claims can be easily dismissed, Ksi wasn’t wild in his last fight. Anyone can make baseless clown garbage claims just because they sound good on a comment. And Logan was a tough fight for Ksi. It’s time to grow up and get factual
JJ also has a blue print on how to beat Tommy. Obviously easier said than done BUT there is footage now. Before jake Tommy didn’t even look like the same tommy that fought jake. So any footage that Jake had to watch didn’t help really. But now we seen this tommy JJ has film and I have a part of me that says JJ is putting tommy out
im taking ksi as a 3/1 underdog, if its close they'll rob tommy cause its ksis event, plus i dont see tommy knocking ksi out he lacks the power, ksi has the power to knock tommy down to take rounds even if he gets outboxed
KSI saying, I’m the better boxer and he doesn’t wanna take that risk and have losing record and 🤦🏽♂️😂 if you think you can beat Tommy and then fight for real and get a real lost 🙄 and he doesn’t wanna risk it 😂
KSI cant even beat jake paul so definitely wont beat tommy fury. Everyone thought jake paul the the invisible one beating all these ufc fighters and when a pro boxer steps up jake paul lost and made tons of excuses. I expect this to go no different KSI will not beat Tommy
Something to think about is everyone hated Jake in his fight with tommy so he(tommy) was use to being liked but ksi is forsure going to be favorited in terms of people cheering for him
LOL all the pro boxer analyst didn't expect Crawford to win that kind of fashion but the influences did yeah okay y'all got to stop comparing boxing to whatever this is and acting like there's any technique behind it it's disgraceful
Exactly. Tommy knows how to take a punch especially from an inexperienced "boxer" like JJ. He's also very young and he doesn't have mileage on his body so he can eat punches better than most boxing veterans.
Those same shots that Jake used to knock out Woodley doesn't have the same effect to someone like Tommy Fury. And JJ doesn't even have that power punch in his arsenal.
Why do y’all build up KSI like he has the punching power of Deontay Wilder, the stamina of Manny Pacquiao and the style of Emanuel Augustus? Dude is gonna look terrible against Fury, mock my words.
Anyone who thinks KSI is even close to the level of jake paul is honestly deluded. The only similarities between jake and JJ is the the big overhand. Which correct me if im wrong, everyone said would sleep Tommy fury before, keep in mind tommy ate 2-3 of jakes overhands. If jake didnt clinch for 3/4 of that fight, Tommy would have knocked jake out further down the line. JJ hasnt even gone 6 rounds yet has he?😂 JJ will be gassed by the 3rd round. Tommy will walk him down, tire him out, and outbox him.
Bro shut the f*** up with the honest opinion talk 🤣🤣🤣 was he honest when he said jake vs tommy 2 is bigger than ksi vs jake?? Was he honest when he says jake will ko tommy fury🤦🏻🤦🏻 he will take every oppertunity to put dirt on jj’s name and you expect them to keep this 2 faced guy on misfitss
Does Tommy Fury beat another RU-vidr...or does KSI once again prove the doubters wrong? I don't have this answers but October 14th...I guess we'll find out😉
They are saying KSI wins fights like this…. But I’m failing to see what fights they’re talking about? Ok Logan Paul fight… but he hasn’t won a single boxing match. Outside of him what fights have been like this?
he was a massive underdog against joe weller. he was an underdog with logan paul cuz logan was very athleti c and even more so in the rematch with logan. When he fought temper everyone expected temper to give him some trouble and make it a longer fight. But yeah tommy is a different story
@stefangeorgian6020 "massive underdog against joe weller"? Lmao that fight was about equivalent to gib vs Taylor holder in the sense that joe didn't throw shit. He was just a stationary punching bag lol
What makes me think Tommy will pull off the win is the fact that Tommy is basically a better version of ksi's toughest test where he won a very close decision and that was against Logan. If you look at the first ksi and logan fight, Logan was kind of fighting similar to how Tommy fights by throwing the quick snappy jabs and the quick combinations behind it while moving back and forth at a constant rate and it overwhelmed ksi. Granted, that fight was years ago but still, ksi will be seeing a better version of Logan who has more combinations, better footwork and more explosiveness and heart than Logan ever did. The only way I can see ksi winning is if he lands a big shot that puts Tommy to sleep. Even then, Jake landed massive shots that knocked out Tyron Woodley and dropped Silva yet those same shots didn't phase Tommy because he was way younger, hadn't been hit as much and just had a good chin similar to his brother Tyson Fury who ate shots from one of the hardest hitters on the planet and maybe even in history which was Deontay Wilder.
I don't think that's a smart way to look at it, because KSI fought Logan several years ago, he's way better than he was back then, and Logan is way bigger than him. If today's KSI fought Logan from back then it wouldn't even have been a competitive fight.
@@oliverprstholm8716 He's had plenty of time to work on fundamentals and has chosen to use his current fighting style recently. You can't just assume that because he uses that style, it's ALL he can do. We still haven't come close to seeing where he's at right now because his opponents haven't really been much if a challenge. Tommy will surely be a good fight, and we'll see where he's at from there.
icl wade saying 95/5 is crazy. We all know it isn’t that, tommy fury is not that guy to be giving that high of respect to. 🤷♂️we’ll see init cuz everyone was saying jake paul tommy fury was 50/50 but now ksi vs tommy fury is 95/5 like cmon 😭
Tommy won 6/8 rounds against Jake and on paper Jake is better than KSI. Which means Jake vs Tommy was realistically a 75/25 and so jj vs Tommy is realistically a 85/15 I’d say.
Can we stop with the whole “JJ wins fights like these when he’s only got a chance” narrative? Jesus Christ it was ONE FIGHT 4 YEARS AGO! In literally every other fight JJ has been the clear favorite, in fact such a favorite that his opponents never had a chance to begin with!
@@habitatshredderJoe Weller as well to be fair. He had no training when he took to fight and he was unfit and a bit fat. Whilst Joe had training and was in great shape.
I really don't see KSI winning. If he loses, I hope it's not by KO or he doesn't get knocked down/rocked. If he can win maybe at least 3 rounds then he'd done as good as Jake imo (assuming the rounds aren't judged horribly). I'm a bit worried that the PBA are gonna rig it in his favor. Whoever they've had for judges have made some questionable decisions (not ruling it a no contest against Fournier when replays literally showed it was, Kenny vs Sensei decision, they robbed Yuddy vs Uncle Pizza, etc.)
I just want jj to focus on sidemen it feels like he don’t like to box just want to prove people wrong realistic he don’t need to do it in my opinion, I don’t mind him fighting but this match is a risk but end of the day it’s both Tommy’s and ksi’s choice in this.
I have unsubscribed from the Breakdown because I think the videos are a bit too long and not specifically this one ☝️ it’s just some of them are way too long. But I do watch The wade concept videos because there shorter and are simpler.
JJ's ego and self confidence is his downfall for this fight. They've (mams / jj) bent over backwards to get this fight with Tommy just to prove Jake wrong. Apart from Logan he hasn't had a single fighter who's been worthy of a fight or actually given him a proper fight. Temper had already been KO'd before hand, Joe Fournier was a old man who had basically retired. Tommy is a young fresh fighter with an insane physique and I just can't see anyway JJ will give Tommy a difficult fight.
No, his ego and confidence is not a weakness, it’s just that his ego is what is making him fight an opponent he should have no chance against. He actually NEEDS his self confidence in order to stand any chance because if any fighter is not confident in himself they usually lose against anyone. His ego doesn’t weaken his odds, it’s just that it will get himself in harm’s way without much chance of being worth it
I’m 90/10 Tommy. Calling it now, this will end up being a lack lust fight where Tommy just jabs JJs face off, JJ never really gets past it and the fight never catches fire. Would be glad to be proven wrong.
Unfortunately as a huge ksi fan, the only way ksi wins this is he gets perfect timing on just one punch like an uppercut. But if he doesn’t knock him out he loses.
