The advantages of an attack plane are it's increased health, more powerful machine guns (much better for shooting infantry) and a rear gunner.

Can't do this stuff on console unless you put your face an inch away from the screen or play on a projector cause NO ONE marks ANYONE.

Operations mode is so broken against infantry when one uses the planes. It's so freakishly easy to get kills with any plane in that mode. Conquest is another beast.

The Trench Fighter is my favorite vehicle in BF1, one of the best things you can do in it is fight everything except tanks. Light vehicles, infantry, planes and even ships struggle to handle the Trench Fighter, especially if theres multiple. A destroyer's worst nightmare is a duo of Trench fighters that have a fair bit of experience.

The trench fighter rockets are OP as hell against the airship, as long as you choose your bombing runs carefully, because it still poses a huge threat.

well now that you've gotten a taste of the trench fighter, you may as well use the tank hunter attack plane for the shits and giggles

the attack plane is good for starting out in for flying, has a bit more health and if you want to focus even more on ground targets like tanks but still be effective in the air with more maneuverability compared to a bomber and if you can't shake a plane on your tail pop into the rear gunner position

This trench fighter is a monster of a plane, quite a tiny "monster" in fact. ;\ i never seem to do as good as you in planes and the best I've got so far was 84 - 2 in trench fighter but other than that you're fucking unstoppable once seated in a cockpit. A real inspiration to me when it comes to flying planes in battlefield, a much more enjoyable experience with the lock on's nonexistent.

Well the attack plane is better when playing with friends. I've had lots of fun with a tail gunner. Luring enemy planes, especially if there are many enemy pilots focusing on air-to-air combat.

I would pick the Attack Plane over the Trench Fighter because if the enemy team has a strong anti-air presence the gun on the attack plane let's you hit back from a safe distance. With the Trench fighter, you need to be in close proximity to retaliate, and in close range, the anti aircraft guns in Bf1 are monstrous.

How do you turn your head when in first person in the plane?

PRO TIP!!! I have another tactic you havent shown, try flying above a bomber and releasing the bombs, you will get an easy one shot as the trenchcleaner is just a lot of AA bullets. Jou will catch up to a bomber very very quickly, just make sure that jou are just above the bomber and dont shoot it with the normal guns because on pc de backgunner will kill you. Works 10/10 on console and I've killed almost 50 bombers by now!!! hope you read this, awsome vid!!! plz try this out and maybe put it in your anti air trechcleaner vid.

the bomber killer is useless. Just use the darts on the bombers. Is a one hit if you hit good

I've always had great results with the bomber buster. That heavy mg slaps planes

try doing live commentary instead of analyzing all your recorded games. i like the content but i feel some of you comedy is forced. the live commentary will be more genuine.

The attack plane isn’t meant fore dogfights. Like the bomber, it’s mainly meant to support ground units.

The way I see it, for dogfighting the Bomber Killer has a great advantage with that speed boost. Its okay at air-to-ground combat too if you use it right

It depends what you're using the plane for -3- if you're trying to kill infantry,then the trench fighter but if you're trying to take out tanks then the attack plane.

I like the default attack plane still as the main gun can attack ground targets on way in as you drop bombs.

Those darts are called Ranken Darts, and were not only used for trench attacks, but also trialed against the Zeppelin raids.

I like the challenge of using the MGs and rockets on small targets you can't take out tanks but trucks and smaller things go up in a flash

one benift when being followed you can slow down in the attack plane switch seats and shoot at the following 0lane then when they eventually pass you switch back and blow them up

All about Tank Hunter attack plane! Nothing beats a flying death machine with a goddamn cannon wedged into the engine. Not to mention that you can easily defend your tail.

you can use weapon nr 2 when passing over the bomber to kill it fast. you can even drop bombs up if you are upside down under the bomber

with the attacker you can do light damage to tanks and normal damage to armored trucks. Btw, it have the second seat you can use to defend yourself. And those darts are just darts, they dont explode

I dedicated time to become a great pilot. Took me like a month or 2 but I'm now a lvl 50 pilot and frequently go 50+ kills with no deaths. If you control the skies you control the game

Another quality video, looking forward to seeing the dogfighting video. I can pull ~80 kill games consistently, but I struggle with dogfighting against a decent pilot

Ground support is still better in most situations. Your benefit that the trench fighter can repeat strafes more quickly is pointless because your darts are still on cooldown. The attack plane can repeat strafes at the same rate with its much more effective cluster bombs and it can mop up multikills with its nose cannon. You can destroy buildings with the cannons and attack objectives where people hide in buildings and you can destroy Pompom guns. It's all about being able to stay up in a less capable air to air loadout.

The balloon you crashed into is called barrage balloon. Its there to make flying / bombing near ground much harder. But anyway, I find it a bit stupid how good the trench plane is. You win dogfights because of the turn speed and the darts just kill everything but the tanks. I wish they buffed some other planes too instead of nerfing everything to useless.

A couple of nights ago I was playing operations on that one with the jerrys and brits ...lol anyway I was on the defending side and they had just taken the sector and were all running in one part of the trench cause thats where the last guy in the sector was so I divebombed it and got 15 kills no joke! Damn those mini nukes are OP

The attack plane has a tail gunner he can protect you when being chased by a fighter that is the advantage. Also it has a machine gun that can kill ground targets easy as well as bombs.

yeah No not nearly as many spotted enemies on console. But i use this all the time and never get anywhere close to this type of performance. Amazing skills man. 4:28 for example, i would never had made that shot. unreal!

Wow a video that shows the early times when the fighter was really good. You could have a high score and low death count. The dog fights were way better. Now they have nerfed the fighter so much.

I would say that the attack plane is better in conquest because the main gun is better against single infantry, plus you have the bombs for big groups

i love trench fighter. i sneak on aa gunners and take them out all the time. both air and infantry can be taken out. great plane

yes you can deal decent damage to an airship in the trench fighter load out you can take out the top gunners easily and sometimes people jump out and camp on top

the reason I prefer the attack plane is that you can actually disable the AA turrets rather than just kill the guy using it
