Uber eats is literally the easiest way I've made money all year. It has been so consistent & very flexible. Being able to work whenever & where ever you want is definitely the new way in 2022. IG: Trevionwilliams_
Agreed. No excuse be be criminal these days. There's plenty of legal money to be made. Yea you won't be able to wear Gucci and polo but you'll be legal and safe
1st order $5.47 for 4.6 mi is not a GOOD order, it costs you $2.69 (0.585 cents per mile deduction). So you make $2.78 before tax in 20 minutes (if I see it correctly) or $8.34 per hour (if you get 3 orders like that in raw with no delays). Of course you can get extra tip from customers, but 1st order with original rate offered from UE is SUCK. 2nd order $10.80 for 10 mi is also a terrible order! It cost you $5.85 so you are making $4.95 in 29 minutes, or $9.90 per hour. This is below minimum wage!
I doordash and some of the orders that they want me to take are ridiculous. One time I got an order for $8 for 15 miles and it's weird bc they usually send you orders that claim your the best driver in the area for but how am I the best available driver for a 15mile order
Most of my orders are like this in Chicago $5.00 for *1.3 mi* in 14 min 25 sec $6.61 for *0.7 mi* in 11 min 44 sec $4.59 for *1.2 mi* in 14 min 50 sec It this good? How much does my hourly rate come out to? Also I'm i quick enough? Keep in mind of the traffic. So its impossible to do these superfast. Btw I do driving videos
My gas costs me $0.28 based on the gas prices here and my vehicle fuel efficiency. How much I'm i really making after the gas deductions and what should I aim for?
In CT law requires licensed fuel retailers (gas or service stations) that sell motor fuel to the public to provide an operable free air compressor during their business hours :)
I’ve been making 100 a day and all of a sudden a made 10 dollars yesterday waiting for hours and then 43 dollars today I feel like I’m not getting as much requests anymore
Forein, as Just said it's your market. There is a section in the uber eats where you can see other cities around you that have higher demand. Go to the bigger cities if you can near you. Then there will be more people and wanting food. I made $54 this last sunday. I was out 3 hours. The times before that it was really really slow. What you could do is if it's slow park in a parking lot near the main restaurants. Just read a book or listen to music until order(s) start coming in.
Good side hustle but take up a lot of gas and car maintenance and save money on taxes. Gas here is $5 Man U lucky lol. multi orders and promotions are good too
5:41 I ran into this issue and called Uber and told them I’m at the address and knocked and called and nobody answered and they told me not to leave the food because it may get stolen but to take a photo of the food and they’ll pay me for my time. So I don’t eat McDonald’s but I left the food at the door and then some random kids took the food and then the lady called back trippin. I waited pass the time and I ran to my car and took off. Uber did pay me for that order and that lady was chasin behind my car 😂 she should’ve gotten her food. Real talk.
The main things I hate about Uber eats their GPS is trash it's unreliable so my advice is use the gps on your phone or any other gps and secondly I hate the fact that their points system resets every month and the points you do accumulate goes away each month. But on a scale from 1 to 10 I'll give uber eats a 7.
I live in the north atlanta area and have a small irrigation and landscape lighting business and during the winter time, work slows down tremendously due to all irrigation systems being turned off due to freezing, hence work slowing down. I could easily use these days to not find a part time job and take a couple months off but I decided to do Uber eats during the winter 2022 and I loved it. Its relaxing just chilling, driving and working in silence listening to podcasts and to music. I like how in the winter UberEats is the busiest. There was days that I made $250.00 per day minimum.
@@Rynergy99 It's not worth doing it at this time, neither on the weekends when it's supposed to be busier. I don't even try to do it on my days off. Hopefully in the winter demand will pick up again
Have you compared your uber eats experience to driving for doordash? I did door dash in ft worth TX and was avging $1.30/mile - $19/hr - met a lot of uber eat drivers that were killimg it but pretty sure it was due to first time ome off bonuses
I just signed up for uber eats. Door dash wasn't available. Gas is $6.50 here so I don't know if it's quite worth me doing it. If it was cheaper gas then I would be more confident. I also don't wan to pay taxes on uber eats....i dont know what the requirement of income you gotta reach to report it.
I’m here in Austin Texas, I only work dinners 5:30- to 9:30 W, Th, Fri, Sat & Sundays. I don’t ever ever take anything less than $1.50/mile & typically no orders less than $10-$11 at dinner. I do multi app with DD & UE when working. On slow days I can easily average low $20-ish/hr but when it’s busy I can make anywhere from up $20’s to mid $30’s an hour. Multi apping is what makes those numbers possible
Hey I just had a question about hair policy in for the SIU hall? My hair means a lot to me and I have locs in honor of my father and my mother and it’s been a big part of my life. Will I have to cut them off to go thru with the apprenticeship?
So, you finish a ship contract or job, come back home and how long you stay with no job? i see you doing uber eats now. how long younhave to wait to get back into another ship job?
How and what should I do to work in USA as a forena in marine, maritime graduates as OS,AB, oiler, with work experience and where to look for a job....
2 years driving for Uber Eats 99% Satisfaction Rate.. had been 100% for over a year until a FireHouse Subs manager went balistic because I asked twice how my order was going.. anyway Uber has locked me out most likely because I couldn’t afford to take a good 70% of the trips!!
