Sky's father's SPD Uniform WAS the Red Time Force uniform....I was confused about that too

Personally, even tho the behind the scenes reason is that they happened to have the Time Force Red suit lying around, i really like the headcannon that Wes is Sky's dad. Their actors look kind of alike, and i think its a nice conclusion to the Wes/Jen storyline. I like to think she came back to the past for good following the Wild Force teamup and that they got married and eventually, Sky was born. I understand if other people dont see it that way tho, especially since in reality it really was just a coincidence.

We need these Disney Directors and Producers back NOW! The guys behind RPM as well. ninja steel doesn't cut it with older fans.

I guess the same thing happened with the A-Squad suits because those helmets were just from the in space season.

Okay. This is how it should be. Just read this first & think if you buy this story: Sky's dad is not Wes, but instead Wes' brother. Wes & Sky's dad have both the same mother but different fathers. From what I understand, S.P.D. Earth branch was already formed in 2001 where Kat Manx & other workers are developing new morphers & other things. S.P.D. already have their own Red Ranger, that is Officer Tate, father of Sky Tate. The only unfortunate thing is that although S.P.D. then already have their own Ranger, they do not have any Ranger suit available yet. so Officer Tate the Red Ranger, when in combat against villains, fights without his Ranger suit. In 2003, Wes may felt that he no longer needs his Time Force powers, thinking that he has Ranger days from 2001-2002 is long gone. He happened to chance upon his estranged brother Officer Tate, also learnt that Officer Tate is a 'Red Ranger' for an organisation named 'S.P.D.', though Wes felt it was ridiculous that his brother, a Power Ranger, does not have his own Ranger suit. But seeing how his brother fought with courage against villains like how he used to when he was a Ranger with Time Force, he passed his morpher to his brother so that his brother will finally have a suit to fight on. So the S.P.D. Ranger is now a S.P.D. Red Ranger in a Time Force Red Ranger suit. Prior to that in 2001, while Officer Tate continued to help Kat & other B-Squad Rangers' parents in creation of Delta morphers, although his DNA went altered. But that somehow did not deter Tate from using the chrono morpher that his brother had given back. Tate was still able to morph as normal. But his DNA alteration would later affect his son who would be born around 2005, & to have the ability to create force fields. Then in around 2009-2011, Officer Tate met the toughest & the most dangerous criminal in his whole career in S.P.D., Mirloc. Mirloc was known to be dangerous for his ability to travel to reflective surfaces & imprison ppl into his magical mirror in his chest. Upon having to protect citizens, Tate fought against Mirloc to a bitter end, & ultimately lost his life. Soon after the arrest of Mirloc, tribute was paid to the late Officer Tate, from the whole S.P.D. organisation, the affected survivors from Mirloc's crime, his family & relatives, including his brother Wes. Upon seeing how courageous his late brother has displayed in his whole career as a Ranger for S.P.D. made Wes decided to claim back the morpher from his late brother, declaring that he will not retire from being a Ranger anymore because 'once a Ranger, always a Ranger' & when need be he will fight courageously like his late brother. Tate's young son, Sky has also declared that he wants to be a Red Ranger like his late father.

Sky's dad looks like he's apart of time force so, does that mean time force could in fact be the early adaptation of spd. Coz think about it, the rangers of time force were like a future police force and knowing that power rangers time force ended in 2001 in TV show years not real life, the same year SPD was being formed it could be possible. Also the original time force red ranger could of left the power rangers and sky's dad became the new red ranger. Reason a time force outfit is seen in the SPD season.

To me, Wes simply retired when he felt it was time to assume command of Bio-Lab, and gave his powers to some other man named Tate, as the Silver Guardians were absorbed by SPD.

My time force spd link up is this - so we all know that Alex and Wes had to have the same DNA or Wes wouldn't have been able to unlock the crono morpher. We also know that sky along with the rest of the rangers parents helped in the involvement in making the Spd morpher. So my theory is Wes is sky dad and ALex would be way farther on the farther on the family tree in the future like a great great great grandson here's how. So we Jen and the rest of time force came back to the year 2001 after the whole time force wild force link up Wes along withe the rest of spa b squads parents were working with the organization that was Wes dad made during time force sorry forgot the name lol but they were still working on a way to use the quantim morpher to make there on and let's say they finally did. Then aliens started being welcome to earth and humans a aliens finally existed in peace but the organization that Wes worked for with his dad realized they needed to create a new police force that not only policed earth and humans but space and aliens which started spd the final fight happen with Wes and died but not after raising his now four or five year old boy sky with his wife Jen who decided to stay in the year 2001 with Wes fast forward to the year 2025 spd is in his prime sky is now in his mid 20s or so and is the blue spd ranger the reason time travel is a thing in spd is because of the whole traveling back to 2001 by timeforce spd figured out time travel when spd first starting which explains why the omega ranger came back during the samurai battle. Now fast forward to the year 3000 Alex is a time force ranger which is what spd turned into so now time force travels back in time and Wes unlocks the crono morphed because him sky and Alex all have the same DNA allowing Wes to now become the new red time force ranger just my interpretation feedback is welcome

I always had my fan theory that Sky's dad was Wes's cousin or brother (or half brother) or something like that. That explains why he doesn't look like Wes, If Wes got old and retired or died he could have given the Chrono Morpher to a relative so they'd have a Power Ranger. Or maybe Wes can deactivate DNA Identification like Eric deactivate Voice Identification in the end of Time Force.

My link is this- Sky’s dad is not Wes, but is related to Wes. Since Wes became part of that police force with Erick, that eventuallys evolves into SPD. Sky’s dad is able to use the cronomorpher because hes related to Wes, so Sky decides to create the SPD morphers.

im just gonna say this they could connect it, like it goes from time force we getting the morpher then to spd when they get a good operation then later on to time forces future

I still haven't seen Power Rangers SPD but I've heard of that it was a good season So eventually I will watch it I'm trying to watch every season

If there's a nit about A-Squad I would want to know, it'd be this: Did they undergo Silverback's training? Because if it was skipped, because they were already good enough on the physical criteria, then that means they missed the ego-breaking aspect of it, and this was arguably more vital in B's development.

hmm....that is a tricky one.....here is my thoughts......the original SPD Ranger suits were based off of the Time Force ones. This is theory is given ground to stand on when you see in a flashback of Sky’s Father in his Ranger Suit, that he has an SPD Badge on the left side, above his heart. Which leads me into my theory of how SPD came to be......my theory on that (and I got this from reading MANY DIFFERENT FANFICTION) is that SPD.....is a combination of Lightspeed and the Silver Guardians. And then as the centuries (millennia) went by, SPD later became what is known as Time Force. Which leads to what I have noticed about the SPD season. I know that SPD stands for Space Patrol Delta.....but besides the Episode S.W.A.T, how many episodes have we actually seen them travel to different planets in the galaxy. Yes, I know that there were mentions of other planets (Merlandia, Verinox 12, and many others), but have we ever actually seen them visit these planets? I don’t remember seeing that if they did. BUT!!!! We have seen mention of Time Travel (Samurai, Messenger, Wormhole, History, Ending (I feel like I am forgetting some....oh well🤷‍♂️) and have had episodes where they did travel through time (Wormhole, History (granted that was actually the Dino Thunder Rangers being brought to the future, but you get my point)). So would it really be that hard to believe that SPD is the Predecessor to Time Force? And I just came up with a CRAZY THEORY about a possible connection between Wesley Collins (Time Force Red) and Sky Tate (SPD Blue)!!!!! Bare with me.....I know that it is possible that SPD used Wes’s Morpher as the basis for creating their own.....BUT....what if the morpher that Sky’s Father is seen using.....is actually Wes’s ORIGINAL MORPHER!?!?!?!?!?! That would have to make Sky’s Father, Wes’s Son (on that note....how old is Wes during the Time Force Season?). Which would mean that Sky is actually Wes’s Grandson (and on that note....how old is Sky during the SPD Season?)!!! Are these theories sound, out there, insane, plausible? Let me know what you guys think. I would like to hear some theories that you guys have! (PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE THEORIES ARE IGNORING ANYTHING FOUND ON RANGERWIKI!)

Wesley's last name is Collins. Sky's is Tate. They can't be father/son. Also that would mean Wes is dead and he showed up in the legendary battle so he can't be (unless his death was AFTER the legendary battle)
