We recently had a brand new Volvo S40 in for a new car prep and Max Protect coatings. We washed, dried and decontaminated the vehicle then inspected the paint before we proceeded to machine polish the vehicle to add maximum gloss before we laid down any coatings, after the inspection we relaised the paint had a lot of dealership inflicted wash marks which needed to be removed.
