Good video, looks like a ton of work. I painted the fenders, hood and bumpers on my 300 in my garage, I filmed it, just haven't edited yet, it like 20hours of video to look through, I'll try to get it out their for you to check out. Keep up the good work🤙
Great result. Alot of persistence has paid off. Did you end up replacing the front bar to match? How much wider did it add? I need these fenders for big wheels. And the 350phi brakes
@@thecookeman these fenders are 45mm wider than stock so should be enough room for some bigger wheels depending on size. And yeah I did end up changing the front.
did everything work out with opening your doors? the passenger side does look nice but it seems pretty close to the door. i bought my is300 that had "oem quality" aftermarket fenders put on and the door scrapes. im looking to get a monster service kit.
Stoop hey man, the passenger side was close and did scrape the door a little at the time of this video. I went back and played around with the alignment to get it to clear without having a big gap. It’s not OEM panel fitment but it works.
Nah I didn’t use it cause I didn’t want to deal with blending it with the front bumper. Would be useless if I ever decide to switch front bumpers anyway.
Exodus nah at the time my main focus were the fronts to get my wheels fitted. But now I’m thinking of doing the rear also. Not sure if I want to get the matching rear or do metal flares. What do you think?
@@Nickodelic they are different looking and I can't find any good representations to see if I want to do them on my car. I say go for it! As far as metal flares, you'll lose some of the benefits of FRP and ABS like damage resistance and much easier repair
@@Nickodelic damn the fitment was good for 18x8 what offset were your wheels? I’m runnin 18x8.5 +35 and I’m tryna figure out if +20mm fenders would look fine with them
