Please allow me to say that most of the products claiming to be powdered ube are technically a powder with ube flavor. When you said that there are " bits" of ube contained in the powder, I suggest you have it checked by the Food and Drug Administration. Our company Giron Foods has been making powdered ube since 1970. It is sad that real ube has been replaced by ingredients claiming to be powdered ube and the FDA has just allowed the misrepresentation. A cake using real powdered ube had been created and tested by a chef many years ago. We would be glad to share with you.
Super enjoy ako diyo madam sa kapapanood,nasa bar ako habanv pinapanood ko to na tatawa ako haha,same talaga tayo pag dating sa cake,lalo na kung oara lang sa family,mas gusto ko ng plain white lang na icing, at hindi din ako magaling sa deco,dyan po akk mahina haha perk ang cake masarap,ito gagawin ko ito ngayong birthday ko😁kasj wala din kami ditong ube jam.powder powder lang hehe
