Kids rest less a travel panna sollu light food like curd rice,rasam rice , idli, sambar rice like that kudugo..they couldn't digest easily ,when they are tired.I experienced with my kid of same age.I think this would help you.

same thing happen to me also 2weeks back it’s called food poisoning while cooking or may be eating again and again spicey food or non veg that’s the main reason
