does it have good enough padding on the sides for kicks? it looks kinda thin from the sides, by the videos, even a punch with the helmet on, knocks the guy out.

Headgear does not protect your from getting hurt or KOed... no matter how much padding.. it can protect from cuts, and bruises.. skin injuries and protect your eyes... etc

Hello - how tough is this acrylic... what if it breaks and goes in your eyes from a strong punch or kick? I am looking at steel cage masks as an alternative to acrylic shield
