Try Solomon seal for Arthritis. I dont use it every day but I can feel it working on my body the following day. Its supposed to be good for your joints and tissue. I am using it now to replace magnesium for muscle recovery after long 10 to 15 mile hikes.

Why haven't you monetized your channel? I have been binge watching your videos for days and I think you deserve some type of compensation for your generosity and time. I wouldn't mind watching a commercial or two. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!

I appreciate the lack of ads, personally. It is refreshing that a pure educational source like this doesn't have monetization. I would rather just donate $20 a year for more videos.

hi, me too...I like your vids. so could you suggest some particular adaptogen for addressing arthritis? all of a sudden somehow I've developed and I am unable to correct it on my own although I'm quite into supplements and being conscious of what I consume. thanks

You should stop consuming animal products due to the acid content.

Woad is my enemy in Wyoming. It grows aggressively where we don't want it.

You’re missing a trick there sweetie, if you are able or can be bothered to (it’s a bit of a time consuming and slightly messy process) macerate the leaves, squeeze out all the juice and dry them out into balls and then powderise them once fully dried you could make quite a bit of money for the dye, Viking reenacters or natural dye users would pay quite a bit for it! I’ve been trying to get hold of it in the UK and it’s either not available or it’s ridiculously expensive, I’ve grown my own plants now to make my own but you could at least sell the seeds and make a little money if you wanted to, at least then it might not be a complete pain in your bum! 🥰❤️❤️
