Join me on a few days exploring the Island of Ischia in Italy! This island is just off of the coast of Naples and is such a little gem of Italy. If you want a truly authentic Italian experience definitely check this island out! From quaint towns and cobbled narrow streets, lemon trees and vineyards and beautiful beaches this Island is a great place for a relaxing getaway! I cant wait to go back to Ischia one day and explore more of this gorgeous Island!

Maddy, this video is so so helpful, I'm going alone to Ischia next week and although I've heard great things about the Island I just wasn't sure what I could do, especially alone. Were you able to meet people at the bars? Is there a nightlife? I like to hike and sightsee but I also love to meet new people! This helped a lot, I want to document some of my trip and am curious about what camera you use. Anyways, thanks for this, it is super helpful, and hope to see more content from you in the future.

Thank you!! The time I went (early may) was just before the shoulder season was starting on the island so it was pretty quiet in terms of non-Italian tourists! I mainly met people at the hostel I was staying at and then we went out for dinner or a drink but I'm not too sure on what the nightlife is like as I had a pretty chilled few days! (Was recovering from partying in Naples lol). I do think in peak summer time there probably is a good nighttime vibe with people out until late! Hope you have a great time!! For now I'm just using a GoPro hero 11 to film my videos and sometimes my iPhone 13 too. I love how small the gopro is though and how you can take it in the water etc it's great for travel vlogs!

If you're only there for the day then ischia is famous for their natural thermal springs so that could be quite a nice chill activity after walking around the towns! Or if you wanna do something a bit more active you could get the bus to Fontana town and hike Monte Epomeo for amazing views of the whole island!
