The scooter restarts randomly with 5 blinks of the lights. The video even shows the display also restarting after the beep. There is no way to do this from the app :) This happens even on the go. Sometimes in a few minutes, sometimes in a few seconds. You look a lot like the seller who sold it to me. He also claimed he didn't see a problem :)
