I needed this for a project and it really helped me thnk you so much

The contorted feet arms and feet: the hospital had many cases of ergotism, symptoms were (among others) painful spasms. The patients could see the altarpiece, they could identify with this Christ, his pains... and in a way this Christ empathised with patients.

The solemnity of the art and your incessant irreverence is jarring.
