Unfortunately, Joes team discipline is not what it used to be when the actual Joes played for college.

@@pcdgr8 College has to cut back on higher dependence on sports scholarships...aka imports. We have played and now our kids are playing. I attended when the college even had a pre school and my son from grade 1. We all want to see kids coming up the ranks within college system succeed. But one thing most guys don't see is the full stories of these so called imports. A family friends son who was a talented player was not given a chance at STC and he chose to join SJC, played for the the team and performed really well for us. Should we have not taken him and let a talented player go to waste? He got a chance thanks to SJC. So these are not black and white as some try to see it. But yes in principle, I do agree. Imports lack SJC molding and finesse especially on the discipline department. And its something SJC and it's RAC has to really focus. The key players of the current XV are non imports to the best of my knowledge. In fact even I don't know if we have imports in this team. There's a strong program to groom players within the ranks. I would be happy to be corrected if anyone know who the imports are.
