Hare Krishna, We have visited the Govardan Eco Village (GEV) They always take full responsibility for the cows and bulls. They feed them on time, bathe them & brush them with a lot of care. They always make sure that their food fits the needs of their Age. The old cows have been separated and are taken special care of due to their special needs at their age. The Bulls also are treated fairly well. And no I do not assume that they only do this because of visitors who come around. I KNOW very well that if anyone goes there at any time they will always be taking care of the cows and bulls. Whether people come to visit they will still take care of these animals humbly.

We had a cow named santosi she was born in our home and raised there. When she was a baby she used to sit in our kitchen and first chapati was always given to her. Sometimes we used to tease har by taking her chapati and the reaction she showed was something else. She was so beautiful and loving. She would come to us while we used to play in ground (mostly cricket). As count of godhan was raising in our family we were forced to donate her to someone else but she visited us every now and then even after having 2-3 calfs in that person's home.

Hare Krishna Prabhuji..nice video. I have two small suggestions which you can help to convey to gaushalas.. 1. Whenever possible goshala should be combined with farming, so that there is synergy and good for cows and bulls as they have service and exercise, also cost of maintaining such goshalas will be cheaper. 2. Secondly there are some good Homeopathic vetinary doctors, they may be safe and cheap for the cows. Hare Krishna🙏

बहोत अच्छा लगा यह देख कर की गौ माता की सेवा की जा रही। सच कहु तो बहोत दिनों बाद ऐसी सेवा देखी। नहीतो लोग सच मे गौ माता को दूध निकालने की मशीन ही समझते है😔। आप बहोत अच्छी सेवा कर रहे है। आप की इस वीडियो से सब प्रेरित हो और गौ माता का अपने फायदे के लिए उपयोग ना करे उनकी सेवा करे। सिर्फ गौ माता नही किसी भी जीव का अपने फायदे के लिए उपयोग करने से श्रीकृष्ण नाराज होते है। जो लोग गौ पालक है उनको इस्कोन से यह सिख लेनी चाहिए। जय श्रीकृष्ण 🙏

My Nani maa bought a cow but just after few months she stopped giving milk.......but she never ever cutted a single thing from her diet and even loved her cared her same way she used to do for years.........she was with us for many years but the she died . Rest in peace gaura 🌸🧿

This is absolutely correct, before coming into association with ISKCON I had been to numbers of gaushalas under iskcon and never found any such activity. ISKCON for proper maintenance has divided sections of cows, bulls and calves with proper sanitation which can be seen even in households of those who keep livestock. This is an absurd, ridiculous and baseless statement. Perfect example she served, "Half knowledge can be very dangerous".
