No distraction, no big Mirrors, no fancy and modern Gym clothes, no Selfie Videos, just simple and intense Training. You cant find a lot of People who come just for the Work nowdays. I like those Guys.

That form on the clean definitely needs some work. When you clean the bar which is when you take the bar from the floor and get it into the front rack position you need to "catch" the bar by getting under it as the bar reaches it's maximum height and you shouldn't be holding it in your hands. I heard it's quite bad either for wrists or elbows or both. It takes some wrist flexibility but your wrists should be bent back and the bar should be held by the middle finger and the index finger. Or if you want to be strong off the floor and a strong presser you can do deadlifts and overhead press from a rack or you can use dumbells because the barbell is unforgiving if you don't do it right. Or you can use the barbell too but then maybe just use less weight and do more reps and maybe do heavier weight with dumbells. Stay safe when training guys.
