Although UFC Lightweight champion Islam Makhachev believes Dustin Poirier's boxing is the best in the division, he believes his grappling will be too much for the challenger. I really feel for Islam about not been exited enough.. unlike other division LW have no real contender in champ level, they are all average like Dustin and Armen.. no one really see them winning against Islam.. and this is bad for business for Islam as champ, his fights against those will sell less, people won't be hyped.. and he won't be motivated to face them.. He should move up to 170 after Dustin.. Let Armen fight for interim title and build his name more as real contender

It's not a good idea to train during Ranadan. You get very little sleep, and therefore, your body doesn't recover as well. If you train hard with little sleep and a dehydrated body, then you get injuries.
