You took wrong route , instead of taking exit from manshera, you should continue on same track and then take turn from new balakot. This track can easily save 1 hr 30 mins.

Aur agr aap itna late ho hi gye the to apko balakot stay krna chahye tha....raat me bilkul munasib nhi aese rastey cover krna then next day apko batakundi me stay krna chahye tha instead of naran...its my opinion.
