May I ask a potentially private question that you may have already answered? How are you all able to travel like this? Do you make enough from RU-vid or were you successful back at home which afforded you the opportunity to enjoy life like this? What a dream this would be for me, I am working my butt off here in the USA hoping to do this one day. I have ever left the USA and I am in my early 40s! I must change that ASAP!

Welcome to our lovely home island Bohol. Don't forget to go to the other side of the island near Anda, lots of resorts their too but smaller ones. Just rent a motor and ride around the entire island, it's a blast. Heck yes we like our mangoes with shrimp its Bagoong baby! It's an island thing. Lol 😅

Small shrimp paste is called “alamang or bagoong” here in the philippnes… best partner with our green mangoes !!! Alamang are made from baby shrimps cooked with onions, garlic, sugar… the saltiness taste comes out naturally because the shrimps are catched in the ocean… enjoy your stay !!!

Yes, there are seaweeds also in famous beaches in Mexico. If you stay in a resort, the staff clean the beach frequently unlike when you’re in a public beach like in Bohol. To have a better experience, go to Bohol beach club and other famous resorts so you’ll see their maintenance and cleanliness of the area

I think the green mango with sauted shrimp paste is just a southeast asian thing. It is an acquired taste. Filipinos, indonesians, malaysians and Thais love it. Sour fruits goes well with salty dips. We usually dip green mangoes with salt or shrimp paste. Other sour fruits that goes well with a salty dips are kamias, santol, balimbing, and singkamas. Just seeing it makes me drool.

Parrot fish are starting to be restricted in some areas like here in Hawaii to be caught, There is usally only one male(blue colorfull one) per school that breeds all females (redish), once male is killed actually a female has to change into male for the school!! Think one of only fish that does that but not sure. Also parrot fish are one species that creates sand from eating coral so important to eco system.. Good videos always.. Aloha

I noticed that foreigners are hesitant to try Filipino local foods and fruits but try almost everything when they’re in other Southeast Asian countries even if it’s not that cleanly cooked and the food is unknown to them. They readily try to be adventurous in foods but not in the Philippines which is unfair
