I've been to the TT twice, and videos like this make me miss that island like I was born there. I live in Indianapolis, and nothing we have here even compares. I'd move to the Isle of Man in a second given the right opportunity
The Bravery of these Lads is matched and equal to the same bravery that the young Lads in the RAF had that flew by in those Spitfires and hurricanes years ago with some beautiful sounding engines as well
What a fantastic video with the raw sounds of these incredible machines. I would love to be able too see this live some year but probably will not happen, so it’s these videos that are posted that give people the visual concept on how fast they are going. Thank you for posting this.

As a person who welcomes electric vehicles in motosport, i pray this race will always be dominated by internal combustion engines. Nothing better than hearing a rocket click 6th and not lift for what sounds like miles.

Cheers for your comment mate. I was hoping to get some good footage for another little montage this year but with it being cancelled that won't be happening. Got a few other videos though, the classic TT one is my favourite, the bikes sound soooo good.
15 minutes of pure bliss. 2018 was my first TT. I traveled alone from Indianapolis, met up with distant family in the West Midlands, hopped on a spare Honda VFR800, and joined them for their annual TT trip. My god, what an absolute dream. Not only did I get to see the racing, but also ride on the island, etc. I expected those things to be amazing. What I wasn't ready for was how amazing the Manx people would be to me. They are simply the best! I stayed at the same homestay on my return in 2022, and are still close friends. Ill be back in 2025 or 2026 to visit what now feels like home to me.
Posted speed is mostly 20 to 40 in built up areas, basically no limit through the mountains....to avg. 125 -135 mph for nearly 40 miles around this place is more than impressive!!!
