What a start to TT 2023 - the best weather you could ask for, the bikes in tip top condition, already going faster at the start of practice this year than end of TT last year with a fantastic team and support setup - what more could you ask for...... After finding this channel last week - the RU-vid algorithm gets it right sometimes apparently- been waiting for TT updates. Thanks for making effort to get through editing and uploads while dealing with all the craziness that is the TT. Good luck to you and Martin 💪🏻

Awesome Dave and gang. Getting us inside the workings of the TT is brill. Im a racer ( solo, supermoto and F1 sidecar) but have only spectated the TT so I have extreme admiration for all you road warriors. Have a blast !
How you find time to create these great videos and get them out so quickly is something else with everything else you have to do. Top Tip. Your neck may benefit from a fraction more sight line through your visor. All helmets give different sight line when tucked in making you force your neck back. Try a test by putting a cloth or two on top of your head to lift sight line a fraction. It can really help if you're having difficulties. Never did that myself but was given that info by a fellow racer. You never know till you try. Ohh yeaghh.... so dam jealous. 😂 You are living the dream. Enjoy every second. 🙂👊😎👋
Aup Dave...fantastic insight into the first day,Wish I could be there to watch you blast around the circuit...but all my so called friends have left me behind,like they also did last year. I was wondering how much the total bill is for the hole time you are there at the TT... thanks for time putting these videos together, great stuff and “do well”
@@obsession_engineering probably best you don’t 😂 I guess as a ball park and ignoring the bike costs it’s going to be a minimum of 15k for fuel/tyres/parts/travel/accommodation/food/entry/str!?£rs The more comfortable and competitive you want to be the more it will cost preparing the bike then refreshing it afterwards etc. I guess there’s probably other hidden costs like insurance, getting family over there. I guess the actual answer is you don’t care as it’s awesome and worth every penny 😁👌
Brilliant just loving seeing the prep side of the racing that little supertwin looks awesome must be a massive difference between your two bikes just can't get my head around how quick the big bikes are 😊

Crazy to see how fast all the guys are going on the first couple of days of practice, with quite a few in the 130's already. I hope this year will be super-fast and everyone gets through safely.

The difference from last year is night and day. You seem to have smoothed out so many of the non bike/track rinkles everything so less manic, save more energy for the tarmac has got to be the way forward.

Anyone here purchased the TT + platform that had it last year? This is the first time I've purchased it (i know its only the 2nd year) and wanted to know if they had the cameras on the bikes for the actual race days? So far with practice and qualifying its been only aerial views and a few angles on the road which isnt amazing compared to how it was originally with the rider view, behind and a rear facing camera as well as the speeds, rpm and g force showing on screen. I appreciate that there are teething problems with something only in its second year, but keen to know if it was worth the fee and if we get good footage. Cheers.
Interesting question, I can’t actually remember if it was a live feed from the bikes or if it was just used post race in highlights. Do you have access to the 2022 TT+ content? I’ll have a poke about on my account tomorrow and see what footage is used
@Jay Gee Yes, mate, I bought the TT + for this year. I'm just hoping that they're saving those angles for the races as opposed to qualifying, etc. I really hope that they do have that as it would be a shame to pay 20 quid and not get all of those shots that are the reason we watch it. Itv4 is doing coverage, too, so maybe there will be a different setup.
@Jay Gee I've just seen that I can watch 2022 on the TT + that I bought for this year and they did have all the angles then. Hopefully they are the same foe this year. 🤞🏼
