We are a brand new fictional based community utilising the FiveM platform.
As a new community, we have be opened up Direct Entry/Transferee program which will enable applicants to go straight into their desired division.
Our standard career paths will still remain in-place for both Police, Fire, Ambulance, OCC and Civilian.
Why fictional?
Isle of Rosia Roleplay utilises the fictional basis to enable creativity and exclusivity. The Board of Directors chose fictional due to this alongside the long lasting potential of community development for all community operations. While we operate on a core framework of policies and procedures to our real-life emergency services, being a fictional community allows us to customise this to our needs while keeping a realistic framework in-place.
