@CarylineCovey-rx5pk thats stupid only if the hair dye is permanent then it will stay and bleach just means your sister just lost her natural hair colour..for a long time Idk if bleach comes out but probably not so your dad either is lying or doesn't know that. As being the youngest, my step siblings get the safe share of love, even tho we are not the same blood. But some of us need more help with thing like ADHD, And I feel sorry for you have been through.
