Still confused, how will a 1:1 transformer which has 12v in primary, which means 12v in secondary (Vgs=12v) be able to drive high side switch

A bit of guessing here, isn't the point that the two sides of the transformer doesn't have the same ground reference plane? if they did, you're right, you would have the same gate voltage on the secondary side, but as the "negative" side of the secondary transformer winding is on the high-side of the load, I assume that shifts the voltage difference up? Maybe our teacher here can confirm. :)

@@drdistorzion makes sense but what I feel is ultimately the secondary of high side pulse transformer still maintains a Vgs of 12v, which relative te the bridge still won't satisfy the condition for MOSFET turn on.

He fail to explain that with transformer gate driver the high side switching need voltage scaling I first listen what he said that you don’t need voltage scaling and the mosfet was not switching out of the liner chart and I then rewind the transformer to 31 turn I got 21 volt and then the mosfets switching was fully on the mosfet had not heat with load don’t use a capacitor and diodes the way he said I had to experiment to get the high side switching performance without heating if you use the capacitor the duty cycle is lost to control and the buck converter with just not work to reduce the voltage
