Isn't there another way to draw its isometric view in which its steps (of figure) are faced backwards, i mean exchanging 75 mm axis with 100 mm axis... Please sir do reply if you get it... And if we can draw would it be legal to draw in examination....

There are some on youTube who scale the sides by approx 0.8 Why is not necessary in this instance? Sorry to ask but I am confused and cannot find the answer.

Simon Barnsley those are isometric Projection...this is isometric View...isometric view uses true scale... where as ismoetric projection uses ismoetric scale which is 0.8 multiplied by true scale...please correct me if i am wrong

Kartik... And as far as your question is concerned "What will happen if we draw only the top , front views in isometric view without darkening them"... It's like the line which is visible are to be darkened (say by an H pencil)...whereas the lines not visible in that isometric view shall be left as it is....Ok...Initially, prepare the entire drawing by a 4H pencil....and then you can go ahead and use H pencil for further enhancements........
