My dad armwrestled MMT back in 93-94 I was a little shit but I remember him with his notepad writing every single lift down during workouts 😢 takes me back
Isometrics are awesome 💪 my joints feel much better since doing them for the last 2 years. Isometrics are the majority of my training. Got my arms from 16.5 inch to 18 inches with only isometrics. Great stuff todd 💯 you're a beast
Mankind is lucky Todd is not 6foot 3 or something. This man could rip a neutron star in half with his bare hands. Much love Toddzilla you're the strongest armwrestler, love your work ethics! How about one video telling us your ways on how to enhance elbow integrity?
I hope Yoshi is at full strength, I remember when he tore his bicep facing Don underwood. He disappeared after that, hopefully he’s been training hard this entire time.
This guy is the reason the saying hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard is so right. Hes not the best armwrestler but his level of dedication has made him succeed beyond his abilities 💪
0:33 , I've been doing these at my gym for years as somewhat a warmup before I do anything else, lol. Didn't realize I was performing an Uncle Todd special. Perhaps I've just conditioned myself for something greater than I ever imagined 🤣
Isometrics 2 or 3 times a week plus table time 2 times a week? What a tempo! Your recovery must be amazing man, it makes sense though from your other video where you mention the isometric work doesn’t result in as much damage/soreness. I’m going to implement that myself and see how it goes goes since I don’t want to gain muscle mass/weight but am seeking strength/weight ratio increases only 💪🏼
No prob with a 45 minutes video, Uncle Todd. And especially no prob with the Pantera songs cause I love it. I like all these training videos and just put it on play while I'm doin housework 💪🏾💪🏾🔥🔥
such an inspiration. gotta love the intensity and how you seem to have a great time making yourself stronger. Love seeing how much you and your wife love each other too 💪❤️👍
How much bicep activation do you use when training side pressure? I typically dont contract mine 100%, and was wondering if youve seen better or worse results. One caveat: max effort days are not included. Everything is intentionally 100%-contracted on those moves.
In the last exercise the wrist wrench is wrapped to prevent the hand from opening up. A classic spinner handle from the gym would work, I don’t have one. It is just about holding a lot of weight.
