Netanyahu's list of requirements are more than fair. If they prevent an agreement, that agreement was not just. All blame must be placed on Hamas, which did not release all the children held hostage, in the last trade of innocent Israelis for convicted terrorists, as they agreed to do. There is no chance that Hamas will ever keep its word.
