The International Court of Justice's ruling in January ordered six provisional measures on Israel's conduct about its obligations to the Genocide Convention.
The SA government says its latest application at The Hague follows the escalation of Israel's assault on Rafah which poses extreme risk to humanitarian supplies and basic services in Gaza.
The Court already ordered additional provisional measures on Israel in March, including a provision on humanitarian assistance in Gaza.
