South Africa approaches the International Court of Justice under the Genocide Convention with respect to acts committed by Israel in the context of its attacks on Gaza. The government has raised concerns about the plight of civilians caught in the present Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip due to the indiscriminate use of force and forcible removal of inhabitants. South African government has repeatedly stated that it condemns all violence and attacks against all civilians, including Israelis. Now let us discuss this we are now joined via TEAMS by Prof Hennie Strydom Professor in International Law at the University of Johannesburg.

Since 1979?? Did you live on the moon ??? Mandela went to jail for plotting an attack on civilians in 1961....that was when Mkonto was established.There were attacks on civilians from then till the end of Apartheid...these Domkoppe killed more of their own people than whites in the process because they believed they were spies for the SA Domkop Goverment !!!!

There's something you always avoid that is justice. You don't ever talk about justice. Justice would be returning the land to rightful owners, why is 96% of RSA land still in the hands of Whites who are only 7% of the population. Perhaps Black South Africans know the pain of being land less in your own country like the Palestinians

You worry about electricity while babies,kids with the average age of 5, teenagers, mothers, grannies etc are being bombed with 2000 pound bombs, killed and mamed. Further the survivors,new born babies are being starved and dont even have shelter and water.Where's the humanity in your statement...pure evil!

Agree...and the more than 11 000 rockets fired towards Israel did not kill or injured any civilians in Israel...what about the 2 000+ rockets that misfired and fell in Gaza killing their own people ???? These Domkoppe are are a joke !!!!
