The Palestinians had Gaza all to themselves when Israel pulled out in 2005, in fact they were able to vote in their own government (Hamas) the following year (2006). There was a cease fire previously effect in Gaza, no fighting, and Israel had completely pulled out for 18 years when the Palestinians were stupid enough to start another round of fighting on the morning of 7 October 2023, so whose fault is this again?

If you absolutely have to start a war, then you should first ensure that your people have everything they need to survive - water, food, medical care, electricity and shelter. Hamas didn't do this, because it's plain to see they never cared. On the contrary, they steal the food that was meant for their citizens. Blame them for the misery of the Gazans!
